Objectives

The main objective is to cover serious public interest concerns that fall outside the scope of other procedures.


The matter include but are not limited to:


  • A criminal offence
  • The breach of a legal obligation
  • A miscarriage of justice
  • A danger to the health and safety of an individual
  • Damage to the environment
  • Unprocedural procurement
  • Unprocedural recruitment (Nepotism, etc),
  • Deliberate covering up of/failing to report information tending to show any of the above 5 matters.
